Shipping Policy
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional processing time during holidays or high-volume periods.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Issues & Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@palmeraglow.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will review and make it right.
Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Palmera is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
We strongly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout. This provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and allows for a faster resolution.
If you purchased Route Package Protection, all claims must be filed directly through Route.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Palmera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the order. If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
