If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@palmeraglow.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exchanges & Replacements

We accept one return, exchange, or replacement request per order.

Discovery Sets

Discovery Sets and other sample-sized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
